Ms. Kalimian concentrates on transactional real estate and corporate matters, and represents purchasers and sellers in commercial real estate transactions, borrowers in real estate acquisition and refinancing transactions and landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions. She is a graduate of New York University, where she received a B.A. in Economics and received her law degree from New York Law School. Ms. Kalimian has over 14 years of real estate experience including work at real estate development and management firm and as in-house counsel to a large New York City landlord. She is fluent in Farsi and proficient in Spanish.
